Terms of Service

These are the terms for using fiteme. By creating an account you agree to them.

Who can use the app

You must be at least 18 years old to use fiteme. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity that happens on it.

Fight conduct

• fiteme is for consensual sparring between adults under agreed rules. Every fight requires a signed contract from both fighters.
• Train safely. Use appropriate protective gear. Respect your training partner's stated limits.
• Live streams are subject to the same content rules as any public broadcast — no targeted harassment, no illegal content, no nudity.
• Results are reported by both fighters. Disagreements are recorded as "No Contest". Repeated abuse of the result-reporting system may result in a streaming ban.

Things you may not do

• Pretend to be someone else, use a fake identity, or create multiple accounts.
• Use the app to harass, threaten, dox, or stalk anyone.
• Broadcast content involving minors, weapons used against people, or unconsenting third parties.
• Reverse-engineer or interfere with the service.

Subscriptions

Some features require a fiteme Pro subscription, billed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Cancellation and refunds follow Apple's policy.

Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that receive multiple credible safety reports. You can appeal to support@yuzi.nl.

Disclaimer

Combat sports carry inherent risk of physical injury. fiteme helps you find training partners and schedule sessions; it does not supervise the fights themselves. You participate at your own risk. Yuzi is not liable for injuries arising from any fight arranged through the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be highlighted in-app or by email; continued use after that means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes go to the competent court in Amsterdam unless local law requires otherwise.
